Global Sales Development Director

We are Radical Motorsport Ltd, a world-renowned race car manufacturer with over 2,900 cars produced in the past 27 years. Our mission is to provide a thrilling driving experience through our customer-led niche in the world of motorsport.
Our team of engineers designs and tests new concepts, while our production teams machine, fabricate, laminate, engine build, sub assemble, bay assemble, and dyno sign off every Radical car produced. We operate from our Donington Park Office, which serves as the base for our Sales and Race Series Team.
This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the expansion of our dealer network, meeting sales and after-sales targets. You will identify growth opportunities, support the future development of our UK Race Series, and develop tailored business and marketing plans for our dealers.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and experience in setting up franchisees and selling via a franchise dealer network. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess a valid passport, UK right to work, and driving license, and be willing to travel extensively.
This permanent contract comes with a competitive salary (£85,000), annual leave (33 days per year including UK national holidays), free onsite parking, company pension scheme, life insurance, and an inclusive company culture.

- Support existing dealers in setting and achieving sales targets
- Research regional and global trends to shape commercial strategy
- Recruit new dealer partners in unrepresented geographical areas
- Influence Business and Product Strategy from a commercial standpoint
