About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CRM Executive to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating closely with senior colleagues to collect, report, and analyze data related to Business Development activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to become an internal champion for group CRM use, generating insights for improvement and growth, and passing this on to the relevant person for Business Development. You will also be responsible for data admin support, ensuring new and existing data is accurate, and assisting the Marketing Manager with wider marketing activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.

About You
  • You will have a degree in Business Management, Data, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You will have previous experience using a CRM or client databases.
  • You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbally, and able to work closely with senior members of the team.
  • You will have good organizational skills, time management, and a keen eye for detail.
  • You will have previous experience in professional services, data analysis, and reporting skills are preferable though not essential.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Becoming an internal champion for group CRM use.
  • Generating insights for improvement and growth.
  • Data admin support.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with wider marketing activities.
  • Evolving the CRM into a tool which can be used to spot trends, leading to campaigns off the back of this.
Where You'll Be Based

Your office will be based in Leeds City Centre, and easily commutable from the surrounding area. After an initial probation period, you have the option to work from home one day per week.
