As a CRM Marketing Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our CRM strategy, driving business growth through data-driven decision making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions. You will be expected to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that drive revenue and subscriber growth
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM automation initiatives
  • Analyze results, optimize against findings, and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic CRM initiatives that drive revenue and subscriber growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
