CRM Executive Job Description

MET Marketing Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team in Leeds City Centre. As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating closely with senior colleagues to collect, report, and analyse data related to Business Development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with senior colleagues to collect, report, and analyse data related to Business Development activities
  • Generating insights for improvement and growth, and passing this on to the relevant person for BD
  • Data admin support and ensuring new / existing data is accurate
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with wider marketing activities
  • Evolving the CRM into a tool which can be used to spot trends, leading to campaigns off the back of this

Requirements:

  • Graduate (with a degree in Business Management, Data, Marketing or something similar) OR a professional with previous experience using a CRM or client databases
  • Good organisational skills, time management and a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience in professional services, data analysis and reporting skills are preferable though not essential
