About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients and markets team, the role is suited for someone with CRM system data management experience who is passionate about a data driven approach and has a analytical and proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with a range of stakeholders.
- Act as a key system administrator for the CRM system, taking the lead on business day-to-day requirements.
- Have strong experience with data segmentation & analysis - pulling data reports, manipulating it and interpreting it.
- Have strong experience in creating bespoke reports and dashboards to deliver business insight to stakeholders in relation to their pipeline management.
- Develop working practice, to improve operational documentation to support the team and the business.
- Take on, and lead, new projects to support the business and CRM team goal. This includes system updates, Global data initiatives and be a key representative for the UK CRM team as needed.
- Experience in the creation and management of system training to users and creation of training materials.
- Supporting the marketing team with the data aspects of campaigns using the firms marketing automation platform and supporting the digital marketing team to develop the platform (this role does not include responsibility for creating marketing emails).
- Supporting the teams internal communications initiative, planning, creating, posting and presenting the teams key messages to the business.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ years experience in full database management CRM role.
- Advanced MS Office Excel skills, and can demonstrate strong excel skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and with third party suppliers.
- Advanced customer service skills, with the ability to prioritise and deal with issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Advanced analytical and investigation skills.
