About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Propositions Manager to join our Product & Propositions Development team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review L&G Retail Protection products, market analysis, and competitor offerings by monitoring and analyzing a wide range of data. Use this analysis to produce reports to support stakeholders in identifying opportunities and optimizing L&G Retail Protection end-to-end product propositions, customer outcomes, and New Business Value Add.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas to deliver product and proposition developments in line with the Retail Protection Product Strategy, maximizing commercial benefits and customer outcomes.
  • Support the product team in producing documentation for key committees to gain approval for product developments.
  • Contribute to product launches by producing sales briefings and training documents.
  • Drive market-leading rankings on key comparison portals, such as F&TRC and CI Expert.
  • Support Product Managers with post-launch reviews through the collation of data and drafting documents.
  • Owning team mailbox queries, invoice payment processes, and updating internal sources of information regarding Protection Products.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Protection Product knowledge is an advantage
  • MI presentation and report collating knowledge
  • Statistical analysis and storytelling around data
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Excel data manipulation is desirable
  • Product review experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at various levels
