Propositions Support Manager

Assist in vital functions within the Product & Propositions Development division to guarantee that offerings align with client expectations and comply with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities encompass generating precise Management Information (MI), assembling risk documentation, and engaging in strategic initiatives to bolster the Retail Protection Product Strategy.
  • Evaluate and refine L&G Retail Protection offerings, assess market and competitor products, and prepare analytical reports for stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively across various departments to execute product and proposition enhancements in accordance with the Retail Protection Product Strategy
  • Create essential documentation for significant committees and product introductions
  • Monitor market positioning on major comparison platforms and facilitate post-launch evaluations
  • Manage team mailbox inquiries, oversee invoice processing, and refresh internal information resources
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Protection Products
  • Background in MI presentation and report compilation
  • Capability in statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Excel for data management
  • Experience in product evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
