Channel Sales and Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 70-80 existing customer accounts with a monthly revenue of £600,000, focusing on 80% growth from existing customers and 20% new business within Retail Convenience & Roadside Retail.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities to ensure sales forecast and revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform sales strategies and optimize account management.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the retail convenience and roadside retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and trends.
- A competitive salary of £32,000 + bonus, with an OTE of £40k-£45k.

- A field-based role with flexibility to work Monday to Friday.
