Job Title: Channel Sales Director

Do you have a passion for sales and a proven track record of driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Director to join our team at Uniting People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 50% New business and 50% Account management - managing 70-80 accounts with a monthly revenue of £600,000.
  • To develop existing customer accounts and actively prospect new accounts.
  • Continual improvement of product knowledge to share with customers to improve sales growth.
  • Deliver launch days for new customers.

What We Offer:
* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (OTE)
* Company car or car allowance
* Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday)
