Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term partnerships.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with senior-level decision-makers. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • B2B Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize sales results.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, which can take your earnings to £100,000 or more. Additionally, you will receive 25 days' annual leave, a company pension scheme, employee perks platform, and hybrid working arrangements.
