About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing various administrative functions and prioritizing allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diary management and office administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also be proficient in using SAGE for invoicing, purchasing, and general office administration tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • High-level administrative support to the Director, including diary management, email management, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritization of allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods via the internal portal.
  • Utilization of SAGE for invoicing, purchasing, and general office administration tasks.
  • Preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with advanced Excel skills.
  • Maintenance of accurate filing systems, handling of confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000 based on industry standards and location.
