We are seeking a talented Associate Director to lead our infrastructure projects, bringing expertise in cost management and commercial leadership. This role involves delivering value-added services to clients, ensuring project objectives are met through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client interface, providing strategic guidance on cost management and commercial matters.
  • Manage teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost, and possess strong knowledge of post-contract administration. A background in major programmes and projects is essential, as well as experience in the infrastructure sector, including rail, air, utilities, and highways.

As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding and managing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Turner & Townsend celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum.
