Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to enterprise clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4+ years of sales experience in the software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of software sales and marketing principles

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £50,000-£65,000
