About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of our clients' products. You will work closely with our retail partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of our clients' products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to our clients to ensure they are informed and up-to-date on sales performance

Requirements
  • Proven sales and category development experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong relationships with retail partners and ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive category growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Full UK driving license
