Customer Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and breakdown repair of sophisticated medical systems used in theatres, NHS departments, and private healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and repair medical systems, including theatres, NHS departments, and private healthcare environments.
- Liaise with external customer contacts, including clinicians from the NHS and private independent healthcare organisations and laboratories.
- Work in a field service or technical support role, gained within a high-value electronic capital equipment environment.
- Hold a minimum ONC or HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
- Provide impeccable customer service skills, an interest in IT, and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.
