Main Responsibilities

- Manage patient tasks and referrals, prioritizing workload as necessary.
- Utilize digital dictation systems to type clinical letters and reports.
- Liaise with hospitals and external agencies regarding appointments and correspondence.
- Respond to patient enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.

Person Specification
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Medical secretarial experience, preferably in primary care.
