The Business Development Director is responsible for leading and managing the company's Electronic Testing business development activities (EMC/EF). Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities. Analyze and report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the business development budget.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Exposure to Electronics Testing and/or the TIC industry a plus.
  3. Skills: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
