We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates in Sheffield. This is a full-time office-based position with a salary of circa 52,500-62,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionAs a Sales and Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Group Directors to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business results.

- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
