We are seeking an experienced Account Director (Business Leadership) to join our growing Experiential & Commerce vertical. Our key accounts span the integrated experiential mix, with a common thread: whatever the brief, we strive to deliver compelling brand experiences that drive transactions and are plugged into culture.

The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude to support both our team and clients' ambitions. They will be responsible for delivering revenue & appropriate profitability associated with their areas of responsibility. The role requires someone who can inspire and lead, but also offer best-in-class account handling and client servicing.

Key responsibilities include enhancing and protecting the creative output, assuming a leadership role across inter-agency teams, translating client briefs into inspiring project plans, managing client budgets and billing structures, and developing bulletproof client relationships.
