Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant

At Long Term Futures Ltd, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our partnered SEN school as a Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant.
Role OverviewThis is an exciting long-term to permanent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to work with us at one of our fantastic partnered SEN schools in Northampton. As a Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the emotional and physical needs of students, helping them develop as individuals and engage with the world.
Responsibilities- You will assist teachers in preparing learning materials and running classroom activities, ensuring each child has maximum access to all learning opportunities.
- Under the direction of the class teacher, you will work with individuals and small groups of students within a classroom setting, promoting their engagement and development.
- You will take part in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further enhance your skills and knowledge as an education professional.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. Experience is not essential; what matters most is your desire to support and care for students.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
