We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Northampton. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities:

">- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.">- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each pupil.">- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for pupils.">">">

Requirements:

">- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant in a UK primary school.">- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and SEND Code of Practice.">- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">">">
