Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Overstone Park School. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, working closely with teachers and other staff to ensure these students receive the best possible education.
Your primary responsibility will be to work one-on-one or in small groups with students, providing support and guidance as needed. You will also be required to visit disengaged pupils at home to deliver tuition while parents are present. We prioritize students who need extra support, especially those facing multiple challenges.
This is a permanent full-time position, requiring regular hours from 8 am to 4 pm, including paid holidays. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £23,000 annually, based on experience.
Applicants should hold a relevant qualification in childcare or health and social care, ideally at Level 2 or 3 or above. Relevant training will be offered. All candidates will undergo thorough vetting and background checks due to our commitment to student safety.
