Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
About the Role:
This leading manufacturer of roofing ventilation products is a top choice amongst building and construction merchants. They are a multinational name operating in several countries, offering exciting opportunities and career development routes. They have a key opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager covering the South East in a territory-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and maximize opportunities with construction and builders merchants and distributors.
- Sell a leading brand of roofing products while managing the South East territory.
- Generate sales of all UK roofing products.
- Sell to merchants/distributors and design/installers depending on the product group.
- Provide support to existing accounts, develop excellent working relationships, and meet customer needs, as well as identify and target new accounts.
- Work as a team to ensure the national sales target is met.
Requirements:
- Excellent roofing product knowledge.
- Located in Colchester or Romford and willing to travel across the South East; a full UK Driving License is a necessity.
- Experience in selling to builders' merchants and construction contractors.
Benefits and Salary Package:
- £45,000 - £55,000 - DOE
- 10% Salary bonus targeted on activity and performance.
- Company car (Hybrid).
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
