Job Description

At Outcomes First Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Strategic Educational Intervention Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with educational settings in Shropshire to identify and address barriers to learning, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support students with special educational needs.

This role requires strong collaboration with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies for improving student outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of educational psychology principles and be able to apply them effectively in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need for students with special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support students in achieving their full potential.
  • Foster strong relationships with educational staff to ensure seamless integration of interventions into existing teaching practices.

Contract Details: This is a part-time position working up to 22.5 hours per week, term-time only, with the possibility of converting to a full-time contract (52 weeks) upon discussion.

Working Hours: The successful candidate can expect to work 3 days per week, between 08:30am and 16:30pm.

Salary: Up to £63,840 per annum (FTE), dependent on experience, or as negotiated.
