**Teaching Assistant Wanted for Child with Autism**

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team and provide one-to-one support to a child with Autism and non-verbal in a year 3 class at a primary school in Waltham Forest. As part of our team, you will work closely with the student and staff to develop effective strategies for engagement and learning.

The Job Description:

Your role will involve providing individualised support to a pupil with Autism and non-verbal, developing and implementing behaviour management plans to ensure student safety and well-being, and working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective lessons.
