We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will support children with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to develop individualized plans that meet their unique needs.
Job Details:- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Chessington area
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Salary: £85-£100 per day
You will be responsible for providing support to children with special educational needs, including those on the autistic spectrum. This may involve working 1:1 with children or in small groups, using your excellent communication skills to understand their needs.
Key Skills and Requirements:- Ability to work with children in SEND roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to care for children's physical, social, and emotional welfare
- Experience working with young people or SEND
- Strong empathy and understanding
- Able to commute to Chessington
