We are looking for an experienced Talent Operations Specialist to join our team at Future plc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices and be able to oversee the employee lifecycle and ensure timely and accurate administration of all policies, procedures, and communications.

About the Role:

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home. As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and administering important People documentation, including employment contracts, contract variation letters, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle by ensuring timely and accurate administration of all policies, procedures, and communications.
  • Prepare and administer important People documentation, including employment contracts, contract variation letters, and policies.
  • Help administer company benefits.
  • Provide support in areas such as absence management, probation reviews, colleague inquiries, and parental leave requests.
What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with various HR software systems, ideally Dayforce.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
