Job Summary: The Employee Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes managing employee data, administering company benefits, and providing support in various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage employee data, including new hires, transfers, and separations.
  2. Administer company benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  3. Provide support in areas like absence management, parental leave requests, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:
  1. Experience with HR software systems, preferably Dayforce.
  2. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
