Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience and Retention Project Manager to join our team at the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP). This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits.

The AWP Trust is a diverse organization with over 5,000 dedicated staff providing inpatient and community-based mental health care. We provide services from a range of locations across Avon and Wiltshire, and our outstanding people promote mental health and wellbeing.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of projects, including the annual cycle of the NHS Staff Survey and the quarterly People Pulse surveys. You will also oversee the implementation of specified projects in accordance with the particular needs of the Trust, and work closely with clinical and management leadership to ensure engagement as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of specified projects in accordance with the particular needs of the Trust.
  • Co-ordinate project timetables, addressing delays in the implementation and resolving these as appropriate.
  • Undertake complex and detailed information analysis of specific projects/reports (requiring high levels of concentration).
  • Maintain project information in appropriate systems and update these regularly, providing reports to relevant parties.
  • Ensure monitoring and evaluation of changes in practice through the collection of high-quality and timely data using electronic and paper systems as required.
Requirements
  • You will need to have experience of successfully delivering projects against timescales, and be able to prioritize and manage your own workload when faced with competing demands.
  • You should be confident in working with data and using MS Excel to analyze and present findings.
  • Effective influencing skills, both in general and with senior professionals, are essential for this role.
  • A passion for employee experience and retention is crucial, as is the ability to work independently with the support and guidance of the team.
