We are seeking an experienced Employee Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Future plc. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, Day 1 sessions, exit interviews, and accurate data entry into the HRIS.

About the Role:

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home. As an Employee Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for helping administer company benefits and providing support in areas such as absence management, probation reviews, colleague inquiries, and parental leave requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, Day 1 sessions, exit interviews, and accurate data entry into the HRIS.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with various HR software systems, ideally Dayforce.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
