About the RoleOur New Business Sales team is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. As an Account Executive, you'll be part of an elite group of salespeople who own their market segments and use their expertise to grow our customer base at lightning speed.
You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, from onboarding to daily usage. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation.
Key Responsibilities:- Outreach prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling
- Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels
- Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
- Be autonomous to effectively balance your time, activate internal resources, and engage your team
- Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Requirements:- Fluency in English
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
- 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
- A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
- Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
