New Business Sales Team

The New Business Sales team is crucial in driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Our Account Executives own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach, growing our customer base at lightning speed.

Your Role

We're seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for effectively identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and driving deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation.

You'll work with diverse verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels. Your goal will be to build and manage your own pipeline, maximising adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Liaise customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)

Compensation Package
