Learner Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learner Development Manager to join our team in Birmingham. This role involves monitoring, coaching, and assessing learners to ensure their success in both internal and external training programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project control within sectors such as nuclear, petrochemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, or thermal, and possess excellent problem-solving and risk management techniques. A CCNSG Safety Passport and experience or qualification in coaching/mentoring are also essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of learners.
  • Coaching and assessing learners to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Aligning training with site operations to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project control disciplines (planning, costing, estimating).
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and legal regulations in relevant industries.
  • Problem-solving and risk management techniques.
  • CCNSG Safety Passport and experience or qualification in coaching/mentoring.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
