Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assessor Development Manager to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a solid occupational experience within Financial Services across Mortgages and/or Banking, and hold a recognised Assessor Award (A1, CAVA or TAQA) or be willing to work towards one.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
  2. Record professional discussions on specific units/topics based on knowledge, independent research, and reflective accounts.
  3. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  4. Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Requirements
  • A solid occupational experience within Financial Services across Mortgages and/or Banking.
  • A recognised Assessor Award (A1, CAVA or TAQA) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Excellent IT skills and confident use of IT and online systems.
  • A full, clean driving licence and vehicle use (flexible with travel, as required).

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
