We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Health and Social Care Assessor. The role involves assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Health and Social Care to make a real difference in people's lives. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and support to learners, ensuring they achieve their goals and progress in their careers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5
- Determine and implement effective learning plans that cater to individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA)
- A teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET)
- Solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Senior Carer level or above
- A minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.
