We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Health and Social Care Assessor. The role involves assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5.

As an Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and support to learners, ensuring they achieve their goals and progress in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5
  • Determine and implement effective learning plans that cater to individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA)
  • A teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET)
  • Solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Senior Carer level or above
  • A minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.
