Healthcare Support Professional at Bupa

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Professionals at Pebble Mill Care Home in Birmingham. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Salary: £11.45 - £12.45 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and help maintain a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with the nursing team to monitor residents' well-being and report any changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Previous experience in healthcare or social care (desirable)
