Empowering SEN Learners

We are looking for an experienced SEN Tutor to join our Supported Internship programme in Birmingham. As a full-time Tutor, you will work closely with team members to provide holistic support and help learners secure paid employment.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering accredited qualifications in English and Maths, developing essential life skills in learners, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless support.
Key Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Level 3 or above).
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, and/or autism.
- Experience in delivering functional skills in English and Maths up to Level 2.

- A competitive salary (£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience).
