Inspiring Teacher for Lower KS2 Students

We are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role:- As an experienced teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
- You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote student success.
- Our school values collaboration and expects you to contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum, ensuring all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
- Assess student progress, provide targeted support, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about student progress and involving them in decision-making processes.
- Cultivate a growth mindset in students, encouraging them to take risks, learn from mistakes, and develop resilience.
- A degree in Education or a related field, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across Key Stages, with a thorough understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
