Learning and Behavior Assistant for Children with SEN

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students who require additional support due to their SEMH needs. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters growth and development.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the individual needs of each student. Your patience, empathy, and understanding will be essential in building strong relationships with students and parents alike.
We are looking for someone who is able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to meet the needs of our students. If you have experience working with children with SEMH needs and are passionate about making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.
Based on the location and expected hours, we estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £34,000-£37,000 per annum.
