We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Special Educational Needs school in Monmouthshire.

The successful candidate will work with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher and providing individualized support to students with SEMH needs.

Salary: £3,600 per month (based on 93 days per month)

Location: Monmouthshire, UK

Job Type: Full-time, temporary/permanent contract

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about working with children with SEMH needs.

You will have a strong understanding of the needs of children with SEMH and be able to provide tailored support to meet their individual requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
