A leading Primary School in Abergavenny is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide full-time support as a one-to-one assistant.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in an educational setting and hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification. They will be able to work flexibly and commit to a five-day week.

As a passionate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students in their education on a one-to-one and small group basis. You must possess good communication skills, a calm and patient demeanor, and a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide professional references.

The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
