Learning Support Assistant

Austin Fraser is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a rewarding and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with autism and other special needs.
- Assist with lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure students receive a tailored education.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or similar conditions.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding and Prevent training.
- Ability to engage students in physical activities and create a fun learning environment.
- Competitive salary of £84.69 per day.
- Full-time position (term time only) with regular hours (8:30 am - 15:30 pm, Monday to Friday).
