Business Development Representative

Role Overview:
DNA Recruit is seeking a highly ambitious and tech-savvy Business Development Representative to join their sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in the commercial success of a forward-thinking tech company revolutionising web automation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to own a percentage of the sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. You will engage with leads generated by the marketing team, conduct cold calling and messaging, attend events, run demos, and manage contract negotiations. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various team members, follow the established sales process, and keep CRM and other tools up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Engage with leads generated by the marketing team, including conducting cold calling and messaging, attending events, running demos, and managing contract negotiations.
- Team and Process: Collaborate with various team members, follow the established sales process, keep CRM and other tools up-to-date, work with marketing and customer success teams, and inform the wider business about progress and opportunities.
- Inform and Perform: Own a percentage of the sales targets, stay updated on the product, understand the ICP's business and goals, and communicate challenges and opportunities to the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of closer experience selling to SME and/or Enterprise customers
- A very good level of English, spoken and written
- Experience in Travel, Travel Tech, or the online Job Boards sector (must have)
- Passion for technology (and selling it)
- Proven and demonstrable excellent sales track record
- Experience in researching and generating leads independently
- PASSION FOR A FAST PACE, ROLL YOUR SLEEVES UP START-UP ENVIRONMENT
Bonus Points:
- Experience with APIs and/or Automation products
- Experience with hotels and flights content
- Experience in connectivity or data acquisition sector
- Familiarity with HubSpot
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
