Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Administrator to join our team at Ocorian. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clients and assist in the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) structures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with day-to-day administration tasks associated with a portfolio of clients and assist other team members as required.
  • Develop a wide knowledge and understanding of employee share plan administration, including anti-money laundering, compliance, and relevant legislation.
  • Manage workload and client priorities, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Develop business-like relationships with intermediaries and clients, demonstrating a willingness to apply high standards of client care.
  • Ensure the achievement of a minimum of 25 hours per year relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD).
Requirements
  • Educated to A level or degree standard.
  • Willingness to work towards a professional qualification.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken English).
