The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at our Stratford store. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate and informed advice.
