Arts and Culture Relationship Specialist
At Arts Council England, we are committed to making sure that arts and cultural activities are inclusive and accessible to everyone in England. As an Arts and Culture Relationship Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by building and maintaining strong relationships with funded organisations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and empowering relationships with a portfolio of funded organisations
- Developing new initiatives and projects that support the growth of the Visual Arts sector
- Working closely with local stakeholders to take a place-based approach to cultural development
- Helping to improve the diversity of projects we fund through feedback and support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An in-depth knowledge and experience of the Visual Arts sector
- Excellent skills in collaboration, influencing, and advocacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of the cultural sector in England and its current challenges and opportunities
Salary: £36,987 per annum pro rata plus benefits, including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
