Job Overview

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Visual Arts professional to join our team as a Relationship Director. This role will involve building and empowering relationships with funded organisations, as well as helping to develop the sector in the north.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of funded organisations and provide funding advice to individuals and organisations.
  • Assess financial information and provide feedback on artistic plans.
  • Take a place-based, creativity-led approach to cultural development by working with local stakeholders.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An in-depth knowledge and experience of the Visual Arts sector.
  • A focus on building and empowering relationships with funded organisations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
