Job Overview:
- This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our cultural recovery efforts.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies that promote arts and culture across England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cultural recovery strategies that align with Arts Council England's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams working on cultural recovery initiatives.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. arts management, business administration, public policy).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management, strategic planning, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
