Human Resources Director

Head of HR - EMEA
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering HR strategy that supports the group in meeting its objectives. This includes business partnering with site and group leadership teams, driving change management programs, and ensuring compliance with local employment law and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver HR strategy that aligns to group goals and meets local level objectives
- Leading a team of HR generalists in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Asia, to ensure that the operating businesses are fully compliant with local employment law and regulations
- Accountable for the overall Talent Acquisition and Management strategy, providing clear direction to ensure high quality recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and retention programs are in place and effective
- Developing the group's Performance Management and appraisal procedures
- Ensuring a positive and impactful Employee Relations service is delivered across the region
- Responsible for maintaining and developing a Compensation and Benefits process that ensures the company remains competitive and compliant to employee regulations at local/country level
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering exceptional HR services at leadership level across a multi-site manufacturing business
- Expertise in creating and executing HR strategy that aligns to group goals and meets local level objectives
- Passionate about driving a positive 'one company' culture across a diverse multi-site and ever-growing business
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills – able to lead and inspire direct reports and foster a cohesive and collaborative working culture across the group
- Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and other software
- Strong focus and adherence to employment legislation and compliance
- A graduate in HR/CIPD or equivalent with a strong track record of career advancement
- Willing to travel on an international basis and fully fluent in English
This is a hybrid role that will require a strong on-site presence and regular travel. Ideally, you will be located with easy access to an airport. The role will ideally be based either in the UK or the Netherlands but will also consider candidates based in Germany.
