About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our international customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process standard and bespoke orders and quotes, develop new business, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the technical department to support incoming customer orders and enquiries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer account management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to speak a European language is a benefit but not essential.
